HOW IT WORKS:
Guys, this is for you!
Have you ever been at home and the nagging starts or you do something wrong, or you’ve been trying to watch the GAME in peace but she won’t let you?
You warn her nicely but things begin to escalate. Now you’re yelling at her - foul language is spilling out of your mouth before you know it.
Next thing you know - WHAM! You’ve hit her to shut her up - Or you push her down, or get in her face yelling louder? Well, all of this is Domestic Abuse. There is no reason for us to respond like that anymore.
The next time something like this happens, simply pick up your phone, press the DASH app and within minutes, a Ride-Share will pick you up, take you to a safe place (with a nice TV) so you can unwind and hear yourself think (or watch the GAME in peace).
A trained counselor (female) will talk to your wife or girlfriend and begin figuring things out for you. When you are ready - the same counselor will talk to you and help find a peaceful solution.
Then, when all three of you are ready - you meet together over Zoom and talk things out until you come up with a safe Plan of Return (POR).
A Ride-Share picks you up and takes you home. He’ll wait for a few minutes to make sure everything is safe - Then leave. Guess what? You won!

faqS
What is DASH?
a. DASH (Domestic Abuse Stops Here) is a program created by a U.S. military veteran who wondered aloud HOW he could help other men avoid his outcome and what could be done to stop DA before it happens.
Who is eligible to use DASH?
a. Any man in crisis is more than welcome - encouraged in fact to use DASH.
How much does it cost me?
a. DASH is (100%) FREE to use. No one is charged any money for using DASH.
Is there any food at these facilities?
a. Absolutely. One of the stand-out features will be the propane/charcoal grills allowing men to grill their own meat to help them “think” and unwind.
How about alcohol?
a. We’re working with Heineken to provide the best non-alcoholic brew. These facilities aren’t frat houses, they are safe places for men to get away and relax in peace while problems get worked out by professionals.
How much does it cost to run a Time Out Residence?
a. Each residence employs up to (20) workers and is open 24/7. The average annual cost (including Ride-Share payments et. al.) is roughly mid seven-figures.
Are women allowed at the residence?
a. While there may be female staff present, female guests are not permitted. Wives, girlfriends, significant others are not permitted. Security staff are onsite to prevent any interruptions in your quest for peace.
How long can I stay at a residence facility?
a. Stay as long as you like. If it means one week or more. Our goal is to keep YOU safe while things get figured out. If the relationship is over, we will help you transition into permanent housing (and assist with law enforcement intervention to get your things from home).
Can I bring my kids?
a. No. Time Out Residences are for men only. One man enters, one man leaves.
What else is there?
a. As the budget is capitalized, things like workout areas, basketball, heavy bags, movie rooms, et al. We want you to be in complete comfort. Realistically - We want the lure of our Time Out Residences to be greater than the urge to act out at home. Enjoy!
